2 cans family size chicken broth
2 c water (or more)
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp butter
4 - 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 c self-rising flour
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 5 ingredients in 6 qt pan and bring to boil. Mix 3 cups self-rising flour with milk till consistency you can handle. Add flour till right. Roll as thin as possible, 1/8 inch or less, then cut into 2 inch squares. Add dumplings to boiling broth and chicken a few at a time. Stir just to keep them from clumping or sticking to bottom. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 20-30 more minutes. Serves: 8-10 Prep: 45 min.
