12 Wellfleet oysters
dash of cocktail sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Walk the beaches of Wellfleet, preferably Jeromy Point or Billingsgate Island, at low tide. Find and pick up 12 2" oysters. Bang with rock or another oyster to remove anything attached to the shell. Open shell at hinge with sharp knife. Add cocktail sauce and eat.
