1 1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Shallots, Minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teasoon paprika
3 Tablespoons creole spice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

3-5 pounds sm-med (10-15 ct) cooked shrimp. Remove tails.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all (except shrimp) ingredients in food processor. Toss shrimp in sauce and let marinate for a minimum of one hour.

Serve as salad on lettuce leaves or as an appetizer.
