1/2 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C.mashed banana's
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c milk
2 c flour
Phil Cream Cheese Frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, vinegar, baking soda & milk, set aside: Mix shortening & sugar together, add eggs, bananas, milk mixture & flour. Mix well. Place in loaf pans and bake 350 for 45 min to 1hr.
Let cool and add cream cheese frosting and serve!
