1 lb. boneless beef round steak
2 T. butter
1/2 c chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c sour cream
1 pkg. Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Freeze beef 1 hr. to make slicing easier: slice across grain into very thin slices.
2. In skillet, in hot butter, cook onions and garlic till tender: push to one side, add beef, cook until browned.
3. Stir in soup and paprika. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat: stir in sour cream. Serve with hot cooked noodles
