3 cups chopped vidalia onion (three onions)
3 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cups mayo
3 tsp minced garlic

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Grease casserole dish
mix ingredients and add to dish
Bake 35-40 minutes until bubbly
Serve with Frito's or tortilla chips
