6-8 Chicken livers
2 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp of salt
2 large egg
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of pepper
3/4 cup of bread crumbs and enough flour to make stiff dough
Pot of boiling chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mash chicken liver in the bottom of the bowl with the back of a spoon. add crushed garlic. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and eggs. Stir in the bread crumbs and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling broth and boil for about 10 minutes.
