1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cup unsifted flour
4 T cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups grated zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Then add grated zucchini and chocolate chips. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350º for 45-50 minutes
