13 to 15 lb. good quality prime rib
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. Paragon seasoning salt (salt, black pepper and celery salt)
3 tbsp. rib seasoning (thyme, rosemary and black pepper)

Directions:
Roast @ 450 approximately 1 hour to internal temperature of 60, then at 225 for approximately 1 hour to internal temperature of 110. Hold for 5 1/2 hours at 140 to internal temperature of 135-140. Total cooking time 7 1/2 hours.
