2 pounds boneless lamb shoulder cut into small cubes
2 T oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 T curry powder
1 cinnamon stick
2 garlic cloves
1 can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown the meat. Add salt and pepper.
When the meat is brown, add remaining spices.
Cook on low and stir for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk and hot water. Stir and simmer covered for 90 minutes.
Skim off the oil as it accumulates on the surface periodically.
