1/2 gal milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
dash of salt
dash of pepper
cheesecloth
Optional: chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped dried citron

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil. Add lemon all at once, after the milk has risen almost to top of pan. Remove from heat, let stand 15 minutes. Drain in cheesecloth. If desired - add optional ingredients.
