2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Prepare 2-8" layer cake pans or a 13x9 pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then sprinkle cocoa powder (unsweetened) inside, and shake off excess.
Put dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir. Add water and Miracle Whip Salad Dressing and stir.
Pour into pans.

This cake with buttercream frosting is delicious! Grandma Val Lake used to make this cake and let the little cooks help! It's even easy enough for Kathie to make!
