6 cups cubed seedless watermelon - rind removed

1 to 4 tablespoons sugar - optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon

Place watermelon & sugar in blender. Pur'ee until completely liquefied and mixture is smooth. Poor into ice-pop molds or plastic cups. Insert popsicle sticks or wooden spoons into pur'ee and freeze until soild, at least 8 hours.
