1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/4 c. jalapeņo pepper, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 c. granulated sugar
6 oz. Certo brand (refined pectin)

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, chop peppers. Place in large pan, add vinegar
and sugar. Bring to heavy boil. Immediately remove from heat and
let stand for 5 min. Skim off foam. Add 6 oz. of Certo. Boil 1
min. Place in prepared, sterilzed jars.
