4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in milk (microwave for 4 minutes). Put sugar, starch and salt in sturdy pan. Add chocolate. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring consistently. When thick, stir 2-3 tbsp. into eggs. Stir eggs into pan, cook a few minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Pour into cooked crust. Top with whipped cream.
