14 graham crackers
1 cube margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
15 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fruit (cranberry sauce, apples, strawberries, sliced cooked peaches, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers; add brown sugar and melted margarine. mix well. Press into spring-form pan, or 2-3 pie pans. Bake the pie crust at 350 for 5 minutes. Soften cream cheese, blend with sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Fill pan(s), saving 1 cup. Add sour cream to the saved 1 cup, and add the fruit. Add to your pan(s). Bake about 1 hour at 350. Chill to serve.
