Ingredients:  
1 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
3 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco & brown sugar. Add eggs. Blend in flour, vanilla,
baking powder, soda, salt and nuts.
Divide this making into 2 rolls and roll in wax paper. Refrigerate
overnight. Slice thin and cook at any time in the next week in 350
degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
Store cookies in a tight container.
