3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup + 1 tablespoon lard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup cold water
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and lard. Beat eggs. Add to water and vinegar and pour a little at a time over flour mixture. Can chill or use right away. This recipe makes 2 double crust for 9 inch pies.
