6 med. potatoes
4 bacon slices
1/2 c chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
3/4 c water
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in jackets. Skin and dice while warm. Fry bacon crisp. Drain and break in pieces. Saute onion in bacon fat. Add seasonings, sugar, vinegar and 1/2 c water. Thicken with flour and remaining water. Pour over potatoes, toss slightly. Sprinkle with bacon.
