Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1/2 c milk
chopped onions
oregano (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, roll into balls. Brown in skillet. Place in baking dish. Smother in BBQ sauce of your choice. Bake on low heat for about 45 minutes.

This recipe was given to me by Michelle Osmon. Her mother served these at her wedding when she married into our family. She is married to Bob Osmon, son of my Uncle, Robert Osmon (1938-2002). I hope she doesn't mind me submitting this recipe. I don't think it is a secret. But it is really good!
