1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. packed mint leaves
2 lemons, sliced into rounds
1/2 small cucumber, sliced
2 c. vodka
1/2 c. water
3 c. ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, mint and lemon slices in a pitcher, mashing slightly with the back of a spoon. Mix in cucumber. Let stand 30 mins.

Add lemon juice, vodka and 1/2 cup water. Stir to dissolve sugar. Chill 30 mins to 2 hours. Mix in ice and serve.

To make it a spritzer, use soda water. Very refreshing!
