2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 shortening
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg
5 or 6 T water

Directions:

350º for 15 minutes
Sift the flour and salt together into a bowl. Add the shortening and blend until mixture resembles meal. Add vinegar and egg and mix. Add water, 1 T at a time until ingredients hold together. Divide dough in two parts, roll out dough. May be chilled if you want.
