2 Egg Whites
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cups Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300
In a 3 quart mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Beat in vanilla then sugar (1 tbsp at a time) until very stiff, glossy peaks form when beater is raised.
Drop, by rounded tsp, onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until llightly golden.
Cool on rack.
