4 eggs
2 ready made flaky pie crusts
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 sticks margarine
1cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup white raisins
Directions:

beat eggs, add sugar, beat again
add vinegar, vanilla and melted margarine
mix together then add
coconut, pecans and raisins
Beat with mixer
Add to pie crusts
Bake at 300º for 45 min
