1 c un-sifted flour
1/2 c cornstarch
1/2 c confectioner’s sugar
3/4 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl stir together first 3 ingredients. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine or butter until smooth. Beat in flour mixture and vanilla until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place about 1-1/2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheet; flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
