1 tsp butter
1/2 c thinly sliced onion
4 c shredded Chinese cabbage
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Heat olive oil and butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute 3 min. Add cabbage and salt and saute 3 min or until cabbage is tender, stirring frequently.
