1 stick margarine

Batter:
1 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk

1 can of cherries OR peaches, OR berries.
1/3 c. sugar, preferably brown

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Batter: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Pour batter into melted margarine and add 1 can of fruit. Do not mix. Sprinkle 1/3 c. sugar over top. Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.

I start at 450 for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350.
