1 Green Pepper seeded and chopped fine. 1 red, orange or yellow pepper seeded and chopped. 2 c. Vadalia or Yelliow onions) chopped fine. 1 unpeeled cucumber or more and chopped. 4 tomatoes or more chopped.
1 Garlic clove or more chopped 2 t. salt 1/4 c.crisco oil 50-60 oz .V-8 Juice 2 T. Worchestshire sauce
Blend 1/2 of the V-8 Juice with the garlic, worchestshire sauce , salt and oil together. Set aside. Add rest of the vegetables to the remaining V-8 juice and blend real quick so as to leave vegetables lumpy. Combine both V-8 juice mixtures. Chill.
