1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded and softened

1 t. salt
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 dashes hot sauce
1 Tbsp onion juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chili powder and paprika. Shape into balls or rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper and chill 24 hours. When firm, roll in chili powder and paprika. Refrigerated, will keep for several weeks.
