4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salad oil
Juice of two or three lemons, depending on tartness preferred
1/2 cup of melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Using a blender or mixer, blend the yolks and salt together; alternately add the lemon juice and oil to the mixture. Finally, add the melted margarine or butter.
