1 lb ground pork
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream - divided
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
1 (12 oz) pkg egg noodles - cooked
2 tsp minced fresh dill (optional)

Directions:
Combine pork, salt, nutmeg and pepper in a med. bowl. Shape into 1" sized meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet and brown meatballs. (~10min) Remove meatball from skillet and discard drippings. Stir together 1/4 cup sour cream and cornstarch in a small bowl. Spoon into the same skillet, Add remaining 3/4 cup sour cream, soup, milk and paprika. Stir until smooth. Spoon the cooked noodles into a 3 qt casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Arrange the meatballs over the noodles. Cover with sauce. Bake at 325ºF for 20 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with dill, if desired.
