2/3 c sugar
2 T flour
few grains salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 lemon, grated peel and juice
8 ounce packaga cream cheese
2 eggs
1 can (8 - 9 ounce) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 tsp orange extract
1 c light cream
9 inch crumb crust

Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and grated lemon peel. Beat in cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs.

Stir in drained pineapple, lemon juice, orange extract and cream. Add to sugar mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour slowly and carefully into crumb crust. Dust top with additional nutmeg.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Chill. Garnish with sliced maraschino cherries if desired.
