1/2 c soft butter or margarine
3 c brown sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 deep 9 inch unbaked pastry shell or 2 - 8 inch shells.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter; beat in sugar and eggs. Then add cream, vanilla and salt. Pour into pastry shell or shells. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
