1 c water
1/2 c sugar
2 packages unflavored gelatin
1 c crushed pineapple

Directions:
Boil together for 5 minutes. While hot, add 8 oz. cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Add 1/2 pint whipping cream and 1 C pecans. 3-4 drops of food coloring is optional. Cool until firm.
