1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 c. hot water
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (extra sharp)
7 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 medium sliced tomatoes
c.salad oil
tsp. pepper
tsp. onion salt
c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice well and cover with 1 cups hot water; let stand overnight. Next morning drain, mix rice with other ingredients except cups water. Mix well. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Have cup water boiling and pour over, do not stir. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350, remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
