1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 ½ c. hot water
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (extra sharp)
7 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 medium sliced tomatoes
½ c.salad oil
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. onion salt
¾ c. Water

Directions:
Wash rice well and cover with 1½ cups hot water; let stand overnight. Next morning drain, mix rice with other ingredients except ¾ cups water. Mix well. Pour into 1½ quart casserole dish. Have ¾ cup water boiling and pour over, do not stir. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°, remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
