1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple--large size--undrained
2 1/3 c Baker's Angel Flake coconut
2 eggs
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
ICING
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c evaported milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pineapple with syrup, 1 cup coconut and eggs in large mixing bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 13X9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 325 for 45 minutes or until done.
FOR ICING
Bring margarine, sugar and milk to a boil in small saucepan. Boil two minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining coconut. Pour over hot cake in pan. Serve warm or cold.

Delicious and easy. You can use a 16 oz. can of fruit cocktail instead of the pineapple if you like.
