4 to 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
Bottled Catalina Dressing
Corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts, meaty side up, on rack in baking pan. Add enough water to more than cover bottom of pan. Broil about 6 inches from broiler, until lightly golden brown, but not raw. Turn breasts and broil about 7 minutes. Turn again and broil until skin is almost crispy.

Remove pan from broiler and pour dressing evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs (crumbs should stick to dressing). Broil again until crispy, about 3 minutes. Excellent with rice pilaf and steamed cabbage.
