1 C sugar
1 C butter
1/3 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 1/3 C flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter. Add egg and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Add vanilla and mix well. Roll into small balls and dip into sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Do not crowd. Bake @ 350º for 7-8 minutes (until light brown).
