1 clove garlic
chopped onion (2 TBSP)
l large can tomato paste
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
salt

oregano
1 tsp sugar
3/4 c water
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
prsley
1 clove garlic
12 oz mozarella
16 oz ricotta
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
brown 1 clove garlic in small amount of olive oil (take out after
browning in oil) add 2 tbsp chopped onion, mix in meat with
bread crumbs.

Meat Balls: 1 c bread crumbs,2 eggs and milk to soften and
moisten,pepper 1 tsp salt, 1 pound ground beef, 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, parsley, either fresh or dry, 1 clove
chopped garlic. Mix all together and brown in balls.

Sauce: large can tomato paste, small can tomato paste, small
can tomato sauce, salt pepper,3/4 c water, parsley oregano,
tsp sugar, simmer.

12 oz mozarella

16 oz ricotta, mix 2 eggs into ricotta

Layer of sauce in bottom of pan, layer of lasagna, layer of
ricotta, layer of crumbled meat balls, layer of mozarella.
Repeat finishing with lasagna and then sauce. Bake until
bubbly in middle. (about 350º to 375º oven.) Probably 1 hour
or so.

Laura was Grandpa Owens' sister-in-law, the wife of his brother
Arnold. She was Italian from New York, so this recipe is real
authentic.
