1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp ginger
1 envelope chunk chicken noodle soup mix
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken

melt margarine in 3 qt. sauce pan. Add onions, cook over low heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Mix in curry powder and ginger, add water. Stir in soup mix. Bring to boil. Stirring constantly reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Blend flour and milk. Gradually stir into soup mixture. Add chicken. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for one minute. Serve over fluffy hot rice with side bowls of chutney, peanuts and chopped eggs.
