1 lb. of baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook baby carrots in 1" to 2" of water for 12 minutes.
Remove carrots from water.
To the remaining water add:
1\4 c. butter or oleo
1\4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. of dry Ranch Dressing mix.
Stir
Add carrots and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
( add small amount of water if necessary).
