1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets Fiesta Herb with red pepper soup mix
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted margarine or butter
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2-1/2 to 3-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces (with or without skin)

Preheat oven 400. In medium bowl, combine fiesta herb with red pepper soup mix and bread crumbs. In small bowl, blend margarine, mustard and honey. Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture, then dip in bread crumb mixture, coating well. In13x9-inch baking or roasting pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
