5 c. milk (can use powdered)
1 8-oz. yogurt start (plain or vanilla-NOT fat free)
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
5-6 c. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5 quart (ice cream bucket) container combine
powdered milk, yogurt start, and sweetened condensed
milk. Scald 5-6 c. whole milk and pour into container--
Do NOT stir. Wrap container in a towel. Leave on
counter for 12-18 hours (really!), then refrigerate.
Good for smoothies.
