1 recipe of pizza dough
1 c. barbeque sauce (recipe below)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped into bite-size
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 c. grated smoked gouda cheese
1-2 c. grated mozzerella cheese

Barbeque sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic
5-6 (+) drops Tabasco sauce (optional, to taste)

Make dough. Mix 3-4 T. barbeque sauce with the
chicken pieces. Roll out dough and spread with
reamining barbeque sauce. Sprinkle with cheese
(saving half of the mozz cheese), chicken, red onion,
and cilantro. Top with the rest of the mozz. cheese.
Bake on pizza stone (or in greased pizza pan) for 12-15
minutes at 475.
