2 c. bisquick
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated (green) apples with skin (2)

Syrup:
1 c. sugar
3 T. bisquick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. apple juice
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter--add last
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pancake ingredients and make like normal pancakes.
For the syrup, add all ingredients except butter and boil until thick (about 10 minutes). Then add the butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat and serve!
