1 C sugar
1 (8 oz) can hershey syrup
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 C flour
6 T butter
6 T milk
1 1/3 C sugar
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mis together sugar, syrup, butter, eggs and flour. Grease and flour a 10x15 pan. Pour ingredients into pan and bake for 9 minutes at 350. When cooled make frosting. Put 6 T butter, 1 1/3 C sugar and 6 T milk in saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Take off stove and add 1 cup chocolate chips. Mix and spread on top of bars.
