1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 8 1/2 oz water chestnuts, chopped, drained
1 tbsp oil
1 7 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 c light cream or milk
1 5 oz can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and water chestnuts in oil until onion is soft. Add tuna and parsley, stir fry about 1 minute. Combine soup, curry powder, cream; stir in tuna mixture and noodles, reserving 1/2 c noodles. Pour into shallow 1 quart casserole or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with reserved noodles. Bake in preheated oven 350º for 35 to 45 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
