3 c canned or frozen squash, cooked and drained
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 c crushed Ritz crackers
1 medium Vidalia onion, finely chopped
2 c mild grated cheese
1 tbsp milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash according to package directions, drain. Mix all other ingredients together with squash. Grease a baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake casserole at 350º about 30 to 40 minutes or until browned on top.
