4 catfish fillets 8 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoning garlic Parsley Juice of One Lemon Cornmeal Flour Peanut or Canola Oil
Marinate Catfish 1 hour in 4 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoning, garlic, parsley and juice of lemon. Mix cornmeal, flour and 4 tablespoons Lawry's seasoning, salt and pepper. Dredge catfish in flour and pan fry in medium high heat until golden on each side. Take out on paper towel.
