1 frying chicken-Cut into 8 pieces
4 limes
3 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
Crisco shortening for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Marinate chicken overnight with
juice of 4 limes with salt and pepper. Take out of refrigerator
and season with Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

Dredge chicken in flour until covered. Shake off
excess flour. Sprinkle additional seasoning.
Fry chicken in 360 degree frying pan until golden
brown.
